Rolling over and other firsts!

After I posted the last blog Landin rolled over for the first time! He did have some help from the couch, but the momentum was all him. He has since done it three more times. He doesn't seem to mind when he is on his tummy as long as his hands are free. He has also gone swimming for the first time, and taken his first big boy bath with a friend. Here are some pictures of the occasions!

Riding on the plane home.

Look, I am on my side!

With my cousin Emily today.

I admit, I have been slow at updating, and have a lot to add. I will try to keep up better in the future.

Well, Landin is 9 weeks old and has already done so much. He has celebrated more birthdays than I can remember, he has been to a graduation party, retirement party, already traveled across the country by plane, experienced his first big storm with a tornado warning and all (which he slep through), and been to the beach. What a busy first 2 months!

Landin continues to be a good baby. He sleeps at night, waking only once, and that is usually when Ryan is waking up for work. Lucky me! :) He is very active, and likes to "work out" regularly. He also loves to "talk", and his vocabulary is growing regularly. He has started to roll to his side, so I am sure he will be on stomach soon. I cannot believe how fast he grows. At his 2 month check up last week he was 10lbs. 4oz. and 22 3/4 inches.

As I said he has been busy. We took his first trip to Flagstaff for my mom's retirement party and saw snow for the first time. We then went to Florida to visit my grandma and aunt. There we saw almost all of my cousins and aunts and uncles. He spent a lot of time with my grandma watching the news and talking to her. We took him to the beach and put his feet in the sand and water, and he slept through it. He was very good on the plane. On the way there he did not cry once, but he did throw up his whole bottle. On the way home he cried a little, but was otherwise very good. When we came back my niece Emily spent some time with us. He loved talking to her and smiling for her. His smile is my favorite thing, it is always so sweet and shows off dimples.

I posted some pictures. Since it has been so long there are quite a few. You can also see all the pictures at http://mazonfamily6.shutterfly.com/
